We hired a car from Giorgos for our 10 day trip to the island and the experience was fantastic. He communicated in good English and arranged to meet us at the airport for both pick up and drop off. The car was perfect for our needs and the price was extremely competitive. Would absolutely use Auto Kefalonia again!

Rented a car for 5 nights, got an amazing piece, one of the best rental cars I've ever had. The owner is professional, accomodating and did his best to make sure all our needs were met. We had to move our return day twice due to ferry and each time it was smooth. Return was easy as well. Price was very reasonable for mid high season, highly recommended

Große Empfehlung, hier ein Auto zu mieten! Sehr zuverlässig und flexibel was die Abholung und Abgabe betrifft. Wir haben unser Auto in Fiskardo in Empfang genommen und an einem anderen Hafen zurückgegeben. Das Auto war perfekt und in einwandfreiem Zustand und Giorgos ist ein super netter Kontakt.

You never know how good a company is until you run into a problem, when we did Giorgos and his team couldn’t do more for us. Half way through our holiday our less than a year old rental car developed a fault. We were staying in Lixouri on the other side of the island. In under 2 hours I was driving another loan car that they had driven over to us. 3 days later our original car was returned in perfect working order. Having collect us at the airport and then allowing us to leave the car at Sami port made everything so simple for us and saved us a fortune in taxis. When I return to kefalonia I would not hesitate to use Auto Kefalonia again.

Sia il ritiro che la consegna dell'auto sono stati effettuati comodamente in aereoporto, rapidamente e senza intoppi. Giorgos fin da subito è stato gentilissimo e disponibile a qualsiasi ora del giorno. Consiglio vivamente autoKefalonia per il noleggio, esperienza ottima!

I would highly recommend AutoKefalonia. The price we paid for our lovely little car was good and the ease of collecting it was superb - Giorgos greeted as at the arrivals. He was friendly, relaxed and kind and the communication was good. Just as easy dropping the car at the airport too - didn't have to walk anywhere, which was a relief in the heat.

The best car hire service I have ever encountered!!! From initial great communication, to brilliant personal service. We was delayed getting to Kefalonia, Giorgos waited until we arrived and at the end of hire let us extend gratis as our flight was postponed and rescheduled for the next day. The car provided was a very clean Hyundai i20 which was very economical and was well suited to driving around Kefalonia and Ithaca. Unlike other rental companies we were able to take the car on the ferry, price included 2nd & 3rd driver and child seat (which Giorgos delivered 3rd week into our hire) When we return to the Island and need a car, there will be only one choice for us - Giorgos and Autokefalonia.

5* service provided by Giorgos. Car was very clean, new and as requested (automatic SUV, sat nav, air con etc). Giorgos was very prompt and on time for meeting us at the airport on arrival and departure, both of which were late night at no extra charge, and the booking process was simple and straightforward. He also went above and beyond in helping us load our suitcases when we arrived. Thank you Giorgos! If we visit Kefalonia again, we will definitely be in touch for future car hire.

Good value for money, no deposit required and no extra fee for being under 30. Car was delivered to the hotel free of charge and Giorgios was flexible with pick up and drop off times. My first time hiring a car abroad was stress free. Highly recommend

Smoothest car rental experience I’ve had. Giorgios and Dimitris were so helpful and responsive throughout the week we rented. After experiencing minor issues with the first car and asking for another, Dimitris quickly drove an hour to us to bring a replacement. And after forgetting a key in the first car, Giorgios drove out to us to hand it back. Such friendliness and a willingness to help out. Very much appreciated it and made our whole week that much better. Thanks guys!

Giorgos stand nach unseren verspäteten Hinflug bereits mit dem Leihwagen beim Flughafen. Das Auto war sauber und in einem top Zustand. Alles unkompliziert, schnell und reibungslos. Excellent experience with AutoKefalonia. We rent a car in 2023. Fair rate, and flexibility for peak the car at airport and drop off at Fiscardo harbour.

Model operation. Good car, very clean, with excellent running, Hyundai i20. No problem getting him off the island, as we went with him by ferry to Ithaca and to the mainland (Kyllini and Olimpia), which most companies don't allow. Simple hiring and more affordable price than in Spain, on a wonderful island. Thanks, Giorgos. Hire here, don't go to big companies.

Very good service. Good value, and excellent communication throughout. I enquired with several car rental firms on Kefalonia, but found Giorgos at AutoKefalonia, to be by far the friendliest. I always prefer to use the smaller independent companies rather than the big international ones as I usually get a better level of service. AutoKefalonia was one of the best. This was also one of the few companies that was happy to let us take the car over on the Ferry to Lefkada. Very nice man, he met us at the airport and everything was simple and organised. Nice car, fair price and would highly recommend. 10/10. In fact we liked Giorgos so much, we took him some bottled beer as a thank you on the day we dropped the car back with him. EXCELLENT!! We had a great experience with AutoKefalonia. Our flight was delayed by 9 hours and Giorgos waited for us at the airport to hand over our car keys at 3am, he maintained excellent ongoing communication while we updated him with our delays, which we were very grateful for. The car itself was one of the best on the island - no rental stickers, excellent condition, and perfect for our needs to get around. Couldn't recommend AutoKefalonia enough and we will be using again!

When looking to hire a car in Kefalonia, I enquired with several companies. I decided to book with AutoKefalonia because Giorgos was very prompt with responding and had excellent customer service. He dropped the car off at the hotel and picked it up and the whole process very easy. We also unfortunately had a flat tyre and Giorgos had someone there to fix it within 45 minutes. The car was great and was able to manage all of the hill driving in Kefalonia. Would use AutoKefalonia again if we come back!

Great service and price, particularly when compared to the usual large companies. Just returned from a week in Kefalonia, required a large car as 5 adults travelling with associated baggage so decided on the Mitsubishi Outlander. Contacted Giorgos 4 weeks before travelling, he responded quickly and sorted out the arrangements and price. No deposit required, payment on pick up at the airport, Giorgos was there within minutes of us arriving and quickly sorted the paperwork out. Same service on the return run. Car was in really good condition and was perfect for our holiday. Would definitely use again.

A very good experience! We rented a car for 8 days. The car was very good. No problem, at all, looked like new, very comfortable. I must really thank you Giorgios also for picking up us at sami port, and leaving us at the airport, greatly simplifying our travel. We didn't even need to lock a deposit for renting. Hired a 1.2 Seat Ibiza to drive around Kefalonia, it was so easy, had the car delivered to the apartment where we stayed, paid a great price. Car was clean and tidy and economical. Giorgos was easy to get along with and a pleasant person to deal with. We also dropped the car at the airport where he came to collect it from us. Will use again when we next visit. Best car rental experience ever. Giorgios was waiting for us at the airport and we got all the paperwork done and left the airport with the car within 10 minutes. When we got back to the airport 4 days later, Giorgios was already there waiting for us. He is really polite and friendly and the car was clean and perfectly working. Definitely 5 stars!

This was a great experience! Communication with Georgios was easy, and clear from the begining. Due to Ryanair strike I arrived 2 days later, this was not a problem Georgio was waiting for me with the car. I got a car in perfect conditions exactly as agreed with him. Much better customer service than the big international companies. The day of the return I got a flat tyre in my way to the airport, with not much time left. I called Georgios and he came in 10 mins with his sister. She drove us to the airport and Georgios stayed fixing it!. Thanks to this we were able to arrive to the airport on time. Id srongly recommend Autokefalonia car rental!

Very adaptive guy, however I had to cancel the reservation because other company would Basically blackmail us into renting because we made an appointment beforehand. Autokefalonia was offering us help and very low prices, the owner replied fast and wanted to help us as much as possible to get cheaper offer. I strongly recommend Autokefalonia! We visited Kefalonia island during the end of June, and did not realise how important having a car would be to get around the island. Giorgos was so helpful and managed to arrange an automatic vehicle with extremely short notice and at difficult hours, without his help we would not have had such a great holiday! :) I will definitely be hiring a car through him again when I return in the future!
